Manufactured Homes

Todays Manufactured homes are NOT the trailers of yester-year.

Homes built after June 15, 1976 all meet H.U.D. building codes. H.U.D. (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) regulates the homes design, construction, efficiency and quality control standards.

With 2"x4" or 2"x6" exterior wall construction, characteristics in the homes, components such as accessories and appearance closesly match a site built homes attributes; NOT a trailer home.

At only a fraction of the cost per square foot, todays manufactured homes offer an affordable alternative to home ownership.
